WiB is simply a set of coordinated strategies and actions that support the mental and physical health, safety and wellbeing of people in the leading to enhance performance and productivity.

High Performance Work Practices (HPWP)

HPWP is a ‘a general approach to managing organisations that aims to stimulate more effective employee involvement and commitment in order to achieve high levels of performance. [They are] designed to enhance the discretionary effort employees put into their work, and to fully utilise … the skills that they possess’ (Belt and Giles, 2009)

High Growth Business Coaching (HGBC)

HGBC is a specialist form of coaching designed specifically to support small and medium size enterprises (SME) seeking or experience rapid year on year growth.
